Agreement of Sales

An agreement of sale between Doggy and Kitty Chef (Pty) Ltd and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and we receive proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Doggy and Kitty Chef (Pty) Ltd.

Definitions

For the purpose of this agreement:

• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Doggy and Kitty Chef Pty Ltd, 13 Dieperink St, Delporton, Krugersdorp, 1739.
• Goods refer to the items offered (non-perishable and perishable) for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Doggy and Kitty Chef, accessible from https://doggychef.co.za
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made by bank transfer into the Doggy and Kitty Chef (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process. You can also use Yoco or Payfast for this purpose.

Transaction Currency

The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
